Depot Service

We perform services on medical devices not only directly at the customer's premises, but also at our headquarters in Asslar. In the so-called Depot Service, our partners' medical devices can be tested and repaired under the best possible conditions, including in a TÜV-certified test laboratory. We currently carry out services on over 22,000 medical devices every year, including

are carried out. The medical devices are then shipped to the end customer or manufacturer by our logistics department or stored if required.

Emergency service

If a medical device fails, a quick response is vital. Thanks to the many locations of our service technicians, we can realize a response time of <48 hours for emergency operations, such as repairs or updates of medical devices. If you require other response times, we will work with you to create service concepts and evaluate the possible response times depending on the emergeny level and product.
