ErstHelden - All about first aid
Starting with our ErstHelden app, we have now created a comprehensive range of first aid services under this brand. It is important to us that the general public is made aware of how to act in emergency situations. After all, anyone can be affected at some point. With our ErstHelden app, we have visualized an interactive map with amateur defibrillators. This means you can quickly locate and intervene with an AED in emergency situations. The app also has a library with all kinds of information on the subject of first aid. Since then, we have continuously expanded the ErstHelden brand with our range of AEDs and first aid products.
AED's
Every year, over 100,000 patients die from sudden cardiac death. 80% of cardiac arrests happen outside of a hospital. The chance of survival is only 5% if a person collapses and no first aid is given until the emergency services arrive. With an automated external defibrillator (AED), however, anyone can become a lifesaver. The AED guides you step by step through the resuscitation process. With acoustic and visual instructions, people without a medical background can also operate the device. This means you are guided by the device without having to worry about doing something wrong.
We offer various AEDs for direct purchase or rental and will help you find the right solution.
Emergency backpack CRS ResQ
In order to be able to provide first aid in an emergency, the right equipment is crucial. In an emergency, all supplies should be ready to hand and easily accessible. The CRS ResQ is the first aid bag that you can put together yourself and has a storage compartment for a life-saving defibrillator. The backpack was developed in collaboration with physiotherapists and team doctors from professional sporting environments. Our aim: to offer you a practical solution to be prepared for emergency situations in your club, gym, company or at events.
First aid courses
Everyone attends first aid training at least once in their life - but how long does this knowledge last? Whether in everyday life, at work or during leisure time - situations can always arise in which quick and competent first aid measures are required. When this happens, everyone should know what they can do to save lives or prevent injuries. Our certified first aid training gives you the knowledge and skills you need to react correctly in an emergency. For example, you will learn how to treat injuries, treat injuries or use a defibrillator.
Resuscitation training
Resuscitation is an important part of first aid. It refers to the reanimation of a person who is unconscious due to a cardiovascular arrest. Quick and competent resuscitation can significantly improve the chances of survival of the person concerned. Our resuscitation training course provides you with the knowledge you need to act correctly in an emergency, both with and without an AED. In our course, for example, you will learn how to perform chest compressions and artificial respiration correctly in order to save lives in an emergency.
LifePad®
A cardiac arrest can happen to anyone - usually unexpectedly. Whether at home or on the move, an AED is often not within reach. Should an emergency occur, many first aiders are initially overwhelmed. However, with the flexible and lightweight LifePad®, anyone can act quickly in an emergency. The LifePad® guides you through resuscitation with acoustic and visual signals and helps you to carry out the correct steps safely.
The small and lightweight LifePad® is a good alternative if there is no AED nearby. It gives you the safety and guidance you need during resuscitation.
