Looking to the future: CRS medical joins the ASKER Healthcare Group

To ensure that CRS medical continues to be set up for the future, the company has reached another major milestone in its history by joining the Swedish ASKER Healthcare Group (AHG). Both companies will continue to share the common goal of saving lives with all their activities and projects.

For over 19 years, a highly motivated and dedicated team at CRS medical has been working on solutions that save lives and enable medical care at the highest level. To this end, the company offers technical services for medical devices and equipment and sells niche products in the fields of cardiology, neurology and infusion technology, among others.

The ASKER Healthcare Group has set itself the goal of positively changing the European healthcare system. ASKER's business idea is to build and acquire leading companies that make a positive contribution to the European healthcare system by providing safe and high-quality medical consumables, medical devices and services.

The merger will enable CRS medical to take further growth steps at the company's location in Asslar. The company will continue to be managed by Dr. Michael Schlapp as Managing Director. Alexander Vila Wagner will support CRS medical as an external consultant in the future.
